on the 10th, local hip hop band the deadbeats had the official jump off for their self-titled debut album. their launch party included the musical talents of mike love and MC k-love’s latest project, know black box…and of course, the deadbeats themselves.

the party went down at the loft, and it was a great way to mark the releease of the hardest-working hip hop musicians in the state of hawaii. congrats, guys and here’s to many and far better things.
