i’ve partied at and taken photos of every first friday for like, almost the past two years. occasionally i find myself coming up at a loss for words.  for example, at this moment i’m sitting in front of my computer on a beautiful labor day monday at 12 in the afternoon. the sun’s shining, my fixie is just begging to be taken out for a spin around town, and the ocean is looking…well its looking exactly like the ocean should on a day like this. so how do i sit here, just two feet from a lanai that gives me a view of miles of perfectly rideable downtown honolulu roads and beautiful blue ocean, and actually write about yet another first friday?

i have no idea. so i’ll keep it short and sweet: went to manifest: super ill. went to nextdoor: rowdy and fun fun fun. went to the loft: flux magazine. went to thirtyninehotel: sergio goes, rest in peace. it was fun, most of my favorite people were there. yaay!

okay, so anyway. time to go for a ride. and maybe a swim. have a beautiful day, folks.
