everyone loves a good party.  my freelance gig takes me to the best independent music in the state.  and my day job occasionally takes me to a different kind of good partying.

i was in attendance at a reception for mary wakefield (the head of the Health Resources & Services Administration) at washington place a few weeks ago and since i was already there, well why not be there with a camera in hand?
