monday morning. as i got ready to head into the office i grabbed the mkII and my 50 1.2, for no apparent reason.  when i stopped in for lunch at fresh cafe (BLAT with jalapeno bagel like whaaat), i happened to run into the homie jasper wong.  turns out estria was doing a collabo mural with local artists and friends in kaka’ako near punchbowl.  i shot a few randoms and enjoyed hanging with friends both old & new.

it was totally unplanned and fun because i got to shoot whatever i wanted, no qoutas, no watching the time, and no rules about what i got to do.  since my schedule has been so busy a lot of night events are scheduled out of existence for me.  it was really refreshing to do something purely for the sake of doing it…working for clients is a great challenge in its own respect but variety and the spice of life and all that shit.

just another random day in kaka’ako.
